Customising your metadata and linking it to external sources

  1. Select the Tagging icon
  2. Select the Add new category option
  3. Input text into the Name box
  4. Input text into the Attributes box
  5. Select the Show Filter checkbox
  6. Select the OK button
  7. See added category
  8. Select the Add new xx category (xx = dependent on category name given previously)
  9. Input text into the Name box
  10. Input text into the xx attribute box (xx = dependent on attribute name given previously)
  11. Input a URL within the URL box (ensure it begins with 'http://'
  12. Select the OK button
  13. See add category
  14. Add two more categories
  15. Select the Review Changes button
  16. Select the Save button
  17. Input text into the description box
  18. Select the Save Changes button
  19. Defaults to Browse view
  20. Select a Year
  21. Select a Theme
  22. Select a Learning Outcome
  23. Select Edit tags
  24. See newly added category
  25. Select inside the category box
  26. See list of newly added categories
  27. Select a category
  28. Select the Update button
  29. See select category including attribute within the Learning Outcome
  30. Select the attribute link
  31. See new tab opens and diverted to previously given URL
  32. Select back to the demo site tab
  33. Select the Review Changes button
  34. Select the Save button
  35. Input text into the description box
  36. Select the Save Changes button
  37. Select the Explore icon
  38. Select the Add Filter button
  39. See newly added category
  40. Select the category
  41. Select the Select xx category button (xx = dependent on category name given previously)
  42. See highlight pathway(s
  43. for Learning Outcomes that are tagged with the selected category
  44. Expand the pathway
